Drift deals with the question, what happens when a logical painting process is reversed. The color is hidden under the white primer, the brush is replaced by the squeegee. The white primer, which redefines the image surface from edge to edge with a continuous squeegee motion, veils the primary color and makes the new content visible. Secondary material becomes primary. It's a kind of research for a right moment; the search for the right gesture. This kind of "choreography" is carried out until the white layer, which acts like a protection, harmoniously integrates with the colored surface underneath.
